Easy access to the creek and 3 spectacular waterfall views. There is a lower, mid, and upper lot - each with a small picnic area and kid friendly trail access to one of the nearby falls. All of the trails link up so I'd suggest parking at the lower lot and hiking up towards Majestic Falls so your return hike will be entirely downhill. This seems like a great spot to picnic and cool off in the summer when the water is not charged from spring rains and calms down a bit. Beautiful wildflowers and native wildlife all along the trail as well. The drive out this way from Eugene is peaceful and serene.

It's like a smaller version of Silver Falls but more beautiful and not over packed with people. Plus no parking fees. And most of the waterfalls are accessible up close enough to touch the water. Something I would like to see is crosswalks and signs on the road at the two trail crossings. Some people drive up and down that road at higher speeds than they should be, and I've seen families with kids cross there so it's a safety issue that needs to be addressed. Otherwise I love this place.

Has several hikes to several sets of falls. We didn’t go on them as we were just there to check it out for a future trip. The babbling river at the day use area was a serene setting with lots of big rocks to sit and enjoy the solitude. Rest rooms were less than ideal. No flushing toilets.

We parked on the upper road, past the main parking lot, and went down the trail to see the different falls. It's a gorgeous area, and the hike down is jelly-leg inducing, with steep stone stairs between waterfalls and lots of spots to turn off and admire the view and/or jump in if you are a kid or a dog (or a kid or a dog at heart)

Very nice place to go for a hike with lots of hills to climb and beautiful waterfalls to see. Also a lot of food and berries on the way. Be careful which ones you eat, do your research first.

Great day! We did the long hike, although not that long or difficult. The only "challenge" would be the stairs. The big map is accurate, bridges are great landmarks as well. Great trail for kids, lots to explore and really cool plant life. Also, something like 36 waterfalls of various sizes the biggest being majestic falls and the next most impressive terrace falls.

This place is amazing!! It is so beautiful and easy to hike. It's a loop, but not many signs letting you know where you're at.Take a picture of the sign before starting the hike. I love the bridges, it made it easy to get good pictures. Easy walk with kids and pets.I recommend this hike and it is a beautiful drive. Oregon is beautiful.

It was a beautiful first hike with our 10 month old. We had her in a carrier that my husband wore and had no issues with the terrain. We did run into bees on the trail at the stone steps. My husband got stung a few times on the head, so watch out!

It's an awesome walk through the woods. Feels like you're in Ferngully! Paths are well defined and easy to walk on. There are some wicked stairs... wooden if you go one way, stone when you go the other way. So it's not for everyone... but it's worth the walk. You can take a quick walk or spend a couple hours in there, and as long as you stay on the pathways, there's no worry about getting lost. Waterfalls are a little thin in the summertime... because... it's summertime...(duh) but beautiful none the less. There is a bathroom at the 1st parking lot only, and picnic benches at both lots and throughout the pathways. Oh... and the picture of the clovers... if you see those, try eating one! They taste like sour apples!!

A relatively short hike, but a bit intense in spots. It features pleasant views of several waterfalls. If you're looking for an easy hike here, go to the lower parking lot (the one with a restroom) and follow the trail to the base of Royal Terrace Falls. The trail could do with a bit of maintenance in spots, and improved signage, but if you're in the area, it's a nice way to spend part of your day.

Simply amazing. There is a very tall hollow tree too and we were able to fit one at the time inside and took pictures.

Easy hike, gorgeous waterfalls. Family friendly & so worth it!

It's a steep hike, if you start at the large waterfall it's all uphill. We parked at the top by Majestic Falls, walked down to take photos, then drove to the Royal Terrace Falls- not knowing the trail was connected. But that was an easier and short hike.

Beautiful place, short hike from the parking lot to the upper water fall, stairs are a little steep but not too bad, my kids were able to make it with no problem! There’s a trail that takes you through all the waterfalls /views in this area, starting from the lower parking lot (the one with bathrooms) all the way up, very worth it!Parking was not an issue, maybe because is the beginning of the year (February) lots of open spots!I will definitely come back to this place!

Beautiful falls. Easy shortish hike with some stairs. Some places to get in the water. Not a great rc crawler spot but I tried 😁

Nice little hike. It's a fairly compact hike, lots of things to see in less that 3 miles. There is a good amount of elevation change in some areas (stone steps up to the top of the falls) but ultimately we were able to get a good quick hike in with our dog and kiddo while seeing some good sights. We packed some sandwiches and made it a picnic at the top of the falls.
