What helps a correction

The fastest correction names the sheet, quotes the line in question, and attaches the source that settles it. A catalogue page, a freight schedule or a published standard is enough. When a correction changes a figure, the sheet is updated and its date of checking moves.

What the desk answers

Questions about a sheet's figures, a source the desk should read, a case pack or a joint size that a supplier states differently, and photographs the desk should look at again. Suppliers and makers who want a sheet checked against their current catalogue are welcome to write.
